1. How will course information be conveyed to the student?
   • Pedagogy comes before technology. (bells & whistles)
   • Just making content available is not education.
2. How will assignments, tests and exams be given and collected?
3. What type of interactions will be needed to facilitate class activities and lessons?
4. How will the course be humanized?
5. Is the course accessible?
6. What support services will be available?
