Richard Warren
CEO

Richard is the dedicated and committed leader of Intuto. He uses his many skills to focus on the overall development of the group, being consciously aware of his prime responsibilities towards the enhancement of shareholder value balanced with staff and customer benefits.

Richard’s extensive knowledge of sales and marketing has ensured Intuto’s rapid growth in both the New Zealand market and overseas.

Having spent 30 years working for local branches of large international businesses such as Coca-Cola and McCann Erickson Advertising, Richard demonstrates expertise in the ‘Act global, think local’ strategy and mindset.

His extensive knowledge of building up channels of distribution, creating customer satisfaction and long term partnerships has ensured the sustainability of the business and built the reputation of Intuto as one of New Zealand’s premier learning solutions providers.

Creating long term opportunities for individuals and groups through learning; whatever their location or background, is a passion Richard has filtered through the Intuto group.

Currently committed to taking Intuto to the next level of its growth phase Richard believes in the people behind the business. Alastair MacCormick
Chairman

Dr Alastair MacCormick is a professional director with experience in a diverse range of public and private companies, including new venture companies with a technology focus. His current and previous corporate and consulting assignments span the business, government, not-for-profit and university sectors in Asia, Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the USA.

At the University of Auckland, Professor MacCormick was fourteen years Dean of the Business School, subsequently serving terms as Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Acting Vice-Chancellor. From Auckland he holds a BSc in mathematics and physics and a Masters degree in economics. He completed his doctorate in management science at Yale University.

Alastair is a former member of the Board of Trustees of Auckland Grammar School and was Chairman for 1993-98. He was foundation Chairman of the New Zealand Education and Scholarship Trust.

Alastair is the foundation Chairman of Connect New Zealand, a programme to network technology companies and leverage the experience of the Connect networks in the US and Europe, and Chairman of the Technology Park Advisory Board for the Auckland University of Technology.

He has had extensive international involvement in Asia Pacific Economic Co-operation through both PECC and APEC.
